In order to comply with the provisions of §§ 241 et seq. of this title, the sum of one million nine hundred thousand dollars ($1,900,000) is hereby appropriated for the Land Authority, which amount shall be set aside by the Secretary of the Treasury of Puerto Rico, with a preferential character, out of the funds available in the Treasury on the effective date of this act, or out of any other funds in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and shall be covered into the general funds of the Authority. In addition to the said sum of one million nine hundred thousand dollars ($1,900,000), which is hereby ratified and reappropriated, the further sum of one and a half million dollars ($1,500,000) is hereby appropriated for the Land Authority, which additional amount shall be set aside by the Secretary of the Treasury of Puerto Rico, with a preferential character, out of the funds available in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and shall be covered into the general funds of the Authority.
