The bonds to which this subchapter refers shall not constitute an indebtedness of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or of any of its municipalities or other political subdivisions, and neither the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico nor any of said municipalities or other political subdivisions shall be liable thereon, nor shall the bonds and other obligations be payable out of any funds other than those of the Authority or those indicated herein.
