Both the Land Authority and the Agricultural Experiment Station shall render semiannual reports on the activities carried out in compliance with the provisions of §§ 501—511 of this title, to the Legislature, the Chairman of the Committee on Agriculture and to the Secretary of Agriculture. They shall also render reports on the progress of the project at the end of each fiscal year and in successive years in which activities in accordance with this legislative bill are carried out.
