Title in fee simple to all the farms of the Land Authority of Puerto Rico devoted to the purposes hereinbelow listed is hereby transferred to the Department of Agriculture of Puerto Rico, for use by the Social Programs Administration of said department:(a) Farms whereon are established rural communities under Title V of the Land Law of Puerto Rico (Act No. 26 of April 12, 1941, as amended).(b) Farms distributed among small farmers under the provisions of Title VI of the Land Law of Puerto Rico (Act No. 26 of April 12, 1941, as amended).(c) Farms and homestead farms set aside for the Homestead Program under Act No. 53 of July 11, 1921, as amended, and transferred to the Land Authority of Puerto Rico under Act No. 407 of 1947.(d) Any other farms acquired by the Land Authority of Puerto Rico with funds of the Social Programs Administration.
