The sum of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) is hereby appropriated during fiscal year 1969—70 from unencumbered funds in the Commonwealth Treasury to carry out the provisions of § 693 of this title. The amounts necessary for subsequent years shall be included in the General Budget of Expenses of the Government of Puerto Rico.
