The Housing Development and Improvements Administration shall sell the lots with a redemption clause that will be exercised in those cases that the acquirers plan to dispose of the lot or because they are unable to build the dwelling within the term set by this chapter or by regulations. The Secretary of Housing shall establish by regulations the conditions under which of the redemption action shall be exercised.In the case of the sale of lots or projects to affordable housing developers, the Housing Development and Improvements Administration shall sell said lots with a redemption clause that shall be exercised in those cases in which the acquirers plan to dispose of the same or because they are unable to build the dwellings within the term established through a contract.
