The Advisory Council and the Director of the Government of Puerto Rico Volunteer Chaplain Corps shall be in charge of supervising, determining, and establishing public policy directed towards providing Chaplain services in emergency situations, natural disasters, incidents, or catastrophic events, pursuant to the regulations adopted by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Emergency Management and Disaster Administration Agency.
