The Protocol shall include, but shall not be limited to:(a) The study of the vulnerability, magnitude, and recurrence of landslides in Puerto Rico.(b) The study of the different causes of landslides, including factors such as climatology, topography, geological conditions, urban development, cutting of the natural contour of hillsides, and deforestation.(c) Identification of geographical zones that are prone to landslides.(d) Publication of zones identified as prone to landslides.(e) Develop landslide risk mitigation measures and coordinate the implementation thereof.(f) Establish the procedure and determine the agencies involved in the management of landslide situations.(g) Create and promote a citizens’ landslides education program.(h) Establish a landslides alert system.(i) Establish a landslides data bank in Puerto Rico.
