Any person desiring to obtain a license as private detective shall request same from the Superintendent. Said application shall be in writing and in the printed forms supplied to that effect by the Superintendent. Each application shall be accompanied by sufficient demonstrative proof that the applicant meets all the requirements fixed in § 285c of this title and shall be signed and sworn to by the applicant.
