To be issued a private detective license under the provisions of subsection (a) of § 285c of this title, a twenty-five (25)-dollar fee shall be paid; to be issued a security guard license under subsection (b) of § 285c of this title, a ten (10)-dollar fee shall be paid; and to be issued a license for a private detective agency and for a safety agency for the protection of persons or real or personal property a fifty (50)-dollar fee shall be paid in each case. Licenses shall expire one (1) year after the date of issue and may be renewed upon payment of the same fees. The fees herein prescribed shall be paid by means of internal revenue stamps that shall be cancelled on the license.
