Every private detective and every agency shall notify his or its exact address and any change thereof, as soon as it occurs, to the Superintendent, and shall keep the license in a conspicuous place in his or its offices. Every agency shall report in writing to the Superintendent, not later than fifteen (15) days after the issuance of its licenses, the names of each one of the employees and private detectives that worked for the agency on said date. It shall be the duty of every agency to notify the suspensions and hiring of private detectives every three (3) months, on and after the date in which the original list was submitted.
