It is hereby prohibited for any person who works for a security agency as a security guard, to wear uniforms or insignias, whose colors and combination of outwear are equal to or similar to those worn by the Puerto Rico Police. It is hereby understood that any person who works for a security agency shall be subject to the sanctions provided by §§ 3101—3139 of this title, related to the use of distinctive insignias or uniforms similar to those used by the Puerto Rico Police.
