The Fire Chief may appear before the Court of First Instance of Puerto Rico to request that any order, resolution or decision issued by virtue of this chapter be put in effect. Noncompliance with a judicial order upholding such a request shall amount to contempt of court. The decision of the Fire Chief shall remain in full force and effect as long as there is no final and binding judicial decision reversing or modifying the order of the Fire Chief.
