The owner or operator of any building, constructed before the effective date of this act and which rises more than seventy-five (75) feet over the lowest access level for the vehicles of the Firefighters Corps of Puerto Rico and is used as a hotel shall install a sprinkler system in any area which, because of its nature, may endanger the life and property of others, as established by regulations adopted by the Permit Management Office, pursuant to the provisions of § 341d-1 of this title.
