The Permit Management Office shall determine what fire protection options must be adopted by the owner or operator of a building yet to be constructed, from those established in §§ 341a, 341b, 341c and 341d of this title. Provided, That the Permit Management Office shall require compliance of the requirements established, in addition to those established in said sections.
