The Permit Management Office shall adopt regulations to enforce the provisions of §§ 341a—341d of this title within one hundred and twenty (120) days following the date of approval of this act. The Permit Management Office shall establish a limited but reasonable period of time in order to enable buildings presently in use, or occupied, to comply with the regulations adopted pursuant to this chapter. This term shall not exceed four (4) years from the date of approval of the necessary regulations.
