In addition to the penalties established in § 341i of this title, the owners or operators of the buildings covered by its provisions shall be subject to those orders and remedies dictated by the Chief of the Fire Service of Puerto Rico in accordance with the powers granted to him by Act May 9, 1942, No. 158, as amended.
