The Fire Chief of the Firefighters Corps of Puerto Rico shall approve regulations for the implementation of the provisions of this chapter, pursuant to the provisions of §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, known as the 'Uniform Administrative Procedures Act of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico'. The regulations to be promulgated shall meet the ASTM Standard E2187-04 and any revisions thereof. The regulations approved under this section shall take into consideration any similar regulations promulgated in the states and other territories of the United States of America as well as the interpretation thereof.
