The annuities already granted pursuant to Act No. 189, approved May 2, 1951, as of July 1, 1958, shall continue in force and shall be paid, on and after said date, by the Employees’ Retirement System of the Government of Puerto Rico and its Instrumentalities pursuant to the provisions of said act. Notwithstanding this provision, the disability annuities under said act shall be subject to the provisions of §§ 376–387 of this title. History —June 27, 1958, No. 127, p. 300, § 12, eff.
