Puerto Rico Legal Code
Any security agency that wishes to obtain the license provided in § 457f of this title shall file with the Superintendent an application by means of a statement sworn before a notary, accompanied by an internal revenue voucher for the amount of five hundred dollar ($500). The applicant shall specify the physical and mailing address of its main office.The Chief Executive Officer of the agency applying for the license shall have to obtain a weapons license under the categories for carrying weapons and target shooting and comply with each and every procedure and condition required by §§ 456a, 456d and 457c of this title. Said Officer shall be the custodian of the long barreled weapons authorized to him/her and be directly responsible for the faithful compliance with the provisions of this subchapter, as well as with the provisions of this chapter applicable to licensees.
