The security agencies shall have [sic] submit for the approval of the Superintendent, together with their application for a license, regulations for the use, handling and control of the long barreled weapons in their possession, to include but not be limited to, the conditions under which their agents shall carry the long barreled weapons authorized for the agency. The Superintendent shall establish through regulations the minimum requirements that the regulations of every security agency must contain.
