Unless otherwise expressly provided, all determinations that must be made pursuant to this chapter shall be governed by the provisions concerning informal hearings, adjudications and reconsiderations, as established in §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, known as the 'Uniform Administrative Procedures of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico'.
