Any party adversely affected by an order or final resolution issued by virtue of the provisions of this chapter, who has exhausted all administrative remedies, may file a request for review with the Circuit Court of Appeals pursuant to §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, known as the 'Uniform Administrative Procedures Act of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico'.
