The Superintendent, as well as the Secretary, and the Secretary of the Treasury, shall establish all those regulations directed by this chapter for the implementation of the provisions of this chapter, within six (6) months following its approval, and pursuant to §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, known as the 'Administrative Procedures Act of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico'.
