Any person using explosives or any substance that may be used to manufacture explosives for the unlawful purpose of inflicting bodily injury, or to [terrorize] any person, or to injure or destroy any property, or to damage it in any manner, shall be guilty of a felony and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished with the penalty for a second degree felony.
