The Accident-Prevention Council is hereby created, which shall be constituted by seven members and shall be composed of the Commissioner of Insurance as its ex officio chairman, the Superintendent of Police of Puerto Rico, the Chief of the Puerto Rico Firefighter Corps, the Secretary of Labor and Human Resources, the Manager of the State Insurance Fund, the Secretary of Transportation and Public Works and the Secretary of Education, or the representatives of said officials.
