Any penal action that may be brought against the person who violates the provisions of § 971b of this title shall not prescribe.Any individual act which is a part of the pattern of organized criminal activity or money laundering taking place after the approval of this Act shall prescribe after ten (10) years, except in those cases for which Art. 78 of the Penal Code of Puerto Rico or any other special act establishes a longer term of prescription.
