The Director shall investigate and resolve all the claims by using the procedure adopted to such effects through regulations, which shall ensure the rights of the parties.Any claimant who is not satisfied with the decision of the Director may request a reconsideration pursuant to §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3.Likewise, any party adversely affected by the decision of the Secretary may request a revision pursuant to the provisions of said regulations.
