COMPAS shall be constituted by the President of the Mayor’s Federation, the President of the Mayor’s Association and the Chief Executives of the following government agencies related to security and protection in Puerto Rico:(1) Puerto Rico Police.(2) Department of Justice.(3) Department of Corrections.(4) Any other agency that the Governor may deem necessary and appropriate to achieve the purposes of this chapter.Each agency shall be responsible for the implementation of the improvement projects needed for the maintenance and development of the public policy on crime eradication in Puerto Rico, as well as for the establishment of security and protection mechanisms.
