COMPAS shall be chaired by the Governor of Puerto Rico, whose duties and responsibilities shall include: to preside over COMPAS meetings. Said meetings shall be held at least once every three (3) months, at the place designated by the latter.(1) To follow-up on the implementation of outlined measures and strategies to fight crime and increase security in Puerto Rico.(2) To establish regulations to govern the operations of COMPAS and the Municipal Security Councils.
