A special fund to be known as the 'Puerto Rico Police Technological, Professional, and Labor Development Fund', hereinafter the 'Fund', is hereby created in the books of the Puerto Rico Police Department.\nThe Fund shall be kept separate from other budget items and fund appropriations under the custody of the Puerto Rico Police Department.
