On or before sixty (60) days after the close of every fiscal year, the Trust shall submit a report to the Governor and the Legislative Assembly regarding compliance with and administration of this chapter. The report shall include an itemization of the funds collected, the manner in which such funds were distributed, as well as an account of the meetings of the Trust and the actions taken by the Trust and the results thereof.
