(a) Any person covered by this chapter who fails to keep the Register or to record therein the information required in the form and manner established in §§ 1101 and 1101a of this title shall be guilty of a fourth degree felony.\n(b) Any person covered by this chapter who fails to furnish the appropriate information to the Police station in the form and manner established by this chapter shall be guilty of a fourth degree felony.\n(c) Any person who records false information in the Register required by this chapter, or who furnishes false information in the report remitted to the Police station about the contents of said Register shall be guilty of a third degree felony.\n(d) Any person who fails to meet the obligation of conspicuously and visibly posting and displaying the advertisements and legal warnings concerning the metals in their original state or altered or modified, shall be guilty of a fourth degree felony.\n(e) Any person who unlawfully takes metals belonging to another person shall be guilty of a third degree felony in its higher half or punished by a fine of ten thousand dollars ($10,000), or both penalties at the discretion of the court.
