The organization, drilling, or parading, or the attempt to organize, drill or parade on the part of any armed forces, other than the Military Forces of Puerto Rico authorized by this part, is hereby declared to be a felony punishable by imprisonment in the penitentiary for a term of not less than two years nor more than ten years or by a minimum fine of two thousand dollars ($2,000) or a maximum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) or by both penalties in the discretion of the court.\nHistory —June 23, 1969, No. 62, p. 117, § 237, eff. 90 days after June 23, 1969.
