All matters relative to the organization, discipline and direction of the Military Forces of Puerto Rico, not otherwise provided for in this code, shall be governed by the regulations which to that effect shall be promulgated by the Commander-in-Chief of the Military Forces of Puerto Rico.\nHistory —June 23, 1969, No. 62, p. 117, § 239, eff. 90 days after June 23, 1969.
