The Governor is hereby authorized to prescribe rules and regulations not in conflict with the provisions of this chapter, in regard to age requirements, enlistment, organization, administration, equipment, maintenance, training, and discipline of such forces; Provided, That said rules and regulations shall be in conformity with the laws of Puerto Rico applicable to the Military Forces of Puerto Rico.\nHistory —June 23, 1969, No. 62, p. 117, § 301, eff. 90 days after June 23, 1969.
