Whenever the State Guard of Puerto Rico, or any part thereof, is called to State Active Military Service by the Governor of Puerto Rico or is rendering any other lawful military service, it shall be subject to the Military Code of Puerto Rico, this part, applicable to members of the Military Forces of Puerto Rico.\nHistory —June 23, 1969, No. 62, p. 117, § 310, eff. 90 days after June 23, 1969.
