The State Guard of Puerto Rico must be separated from the service to which it has been called by the Governor of Puerto Rico and dissolved when the National Guard of Puerto Rico has returned to the control of the Commonwealth or within the term of thirty (30) days after its return.\nHistory —June 23, 1969, No. 62, p. 117, § 311, eff. 90 days after June 23, 1969.
