This Code applies to all active and inactive members of the Military Forces of Puerto Rico not in Federal Active Military Service and therefore shall apply to said members of the Military Forces of Puerto Rico even while they are rendering Active Service or Active Military Service, and Commonwealth Active Military Service.\nHistory —June 23, 1969, No. 62, p. 117, § 400; May 19, 1976, No. 44, p. 117, § 11.
