Pursuant to the provisions of § 2452 of this title, the general courts-martial shall have jurisdiction to try persons subject to this Code, and for any violation punishable by this Code may, subject to such limitations as the Governor may prescribe, impose any of the following punishments:\n(a) Fines not exceeding two thousand dollars ($2,000).\n(b) Forfeiture of pay and allowances.\n(c) Dismissal from service or dishonorable discharge.\n(d) Reprimand.\n(e) Demotion of a noncommissioned officer to lower ranks.\n(f) Confinement for not more than six (6) months.\n(g) Any combination of two or more of the punishments herein set forth.\nHistory —June 23, 1969, No. 62, p. 117, § 702; May 19, 1976, No. 44, p. 117, § 14.
