The provisions of this Code conferring jurisdiction upon courts-martial shall not deprive other military courts, commissions or military boards of concurrent jurisdiction with respect to offenders or offenses that by statute may be tried by said courts, commissions or military boards.\nHistory —June 23, 1969, No. 62, p. 117, § 705, eff. 90 days after June 23, 1969.
