(a) The general courts-martial shall keep a stenographic record taken by a court reporter. Special courts-martial subject to § 2454 of this title may keep a stenographic record in the same manner as the general courts-martial and subject to the regulations prescribed by the Adjutant General.\n(b) Unless a complete record of the proceedings and testimony before the court has been made no dishonorable discharge, bad conduct discharge or dismissal may be adjudged.\nHistory —June 23, 1969, No. 62, p. 117, § 707, eff. 90 days after June 23, 1969.
