(a) A convening authority may, upon previous approval of the Governor, remit or suspend any part of the unexecuted sentence, or the collection of any amount of uncollected forfeitures.\n(b) The Governor may substitute an administrative form of discharge for a bad conduct or dishonorable discharge executed in accordance with the sentence of a court-martial.\nHistory —June 23, 1969, No. 62, p. 117, § 1214, eff. 90 days after June 23, 1969.
