The trial counsel, the defense counsel and the court-martial shall have equal opportunity to obtain witnesses and other evidence in accordance with such regulations as the Governor may prescribe. Subpoenas issued in court-martial cases to compel the appearance and testimony of witnesses and the production of other evidence shall be similar to those as the courts of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico with criminal jurisdiction may lawfully issue and they shall be valid anywhere in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.\nHistory —June 23, 1969, No. 62, p. 117, § 1010, eff. 90 days after June 23, 1969.
