There shall be punished as a court-martial may direct, any person who:\n(1) Procures his own enlistment or appointment in the Military Forces of Puerto Rico by knowingly false representation or deliberate concealment as to his qualifications for that enlistment or appointment and receives payment or allowances thereunder, or\n(2) procures his own separation from the Military Forces of Puerto Rico by knowingly false representation or deliberate concealment as to his eligibility for that separation.\nHistory —June 23, 1969, No. 62, p. 117, § 1307, eff. 90 days after June 23, 1969.
