Any member of the Military Forces of Puerto Rico who without authority:\n(1) Fails to go to his appointed place of duty at the time prescribed; or\n(2) goes from that place, or\n(3) absents himself or remains absent from his unit, organization, or place of duty at which he is required to be at the time prescribed,\nshall be punished as a court-martial may direct.\nHistory —June 23, 1969, No. 62, p. 117, § 1310, eff. 90 days after June 23, 1969.
