Any person subject to this Code who through neglect or design misses the movement of a ship, aircraft, train, vehicle or any other means of transportation on which he is required to move in the course of duty shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.\nHistory —June 23, 1969, No. 62, p. 117, § 1311, eff. 90 days after June 23, 1969.
