Any enlisted member who:\n(1) Strikes or assaults a warrant officer, or a noncommissioned officer while that officer is in the execution of his office;\n(2) willfully disobeys the lawful order of a warrant officer or of a noncommissioned officer, or\n(3) treats with contempt or is disrespectful in language or deportment toward a warrant officer, or noncommissioned officer while that officer is in the execution of his office,\nshall be punished as a court-martial may direct.\nHistory —June 23, 1969, No. 62, p. 117, § 1315, eff. 90 days after June 23, 1969.
