Any person subject to this Code who:\n(1) Violates or fails to obey any general order or regulation;\n(2) having knowledge of any other order issued by a member of the armed forces which it is his duty to obey, fails to obey the order, or\n(3) is derelict in the performance of his duties,\nshall be punished as a court-martial may direct.\nHistory —June 23, 1969, No. 62, p. 117, § 1316, eff. 90 days after June 23, 1969.
