Any person subject to this Code who is guilty of cruelty toward, or oppression or maltreatment of, any person subject to his orders shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.\nHistory —June 23, 1969, No. 62, p. 117, § 1317, eff. 90 days after June 23, 1969.
